Location: Tashkent, office-based
Schedule: Full-time | 5/2 | Night or Morning shifts
Salary: From 5.2 mil UZS + bonuses
Payments: Twice a month
Responsibilities
- Book international flights for clients
- Offer add-ons: baggage, insurance, upgrades
- Provide excellent service before and after the sale
- Meet targets and earn performance bonuses
Requirements
- English level: B2+
- Sales or call center experience is a plus (not required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to work night or morning shifts
- Motivated to learn, grow, and succeed
Shift Options (Tashkent Time)
Night shift:
20:00-04:00
21:00-05:00
22:00–06:00
23:00-07:00
00:00-08:00
