About the Role

We are looking for a Senior HR Specialist to manage full-cycle HR processes, including recruitment, employee lifecycle, and coordination of international staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including key roles
  • Partner with managers on hiring needs
  • Oversee HR documentation and ensure compliance
  • Coordinate processes for international employees (visa, relocation support)
  • Support onboarding, retention, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Monitor HR metrics (turnover, hiring efficiency)
  • Improve HR processes and workflows

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment
  • Experience working with international staff
  • Fluent English (spoken & written) — mandatory
  • Fluent Russian (spoken) — mandatory
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Will be a plus

  • Experience in building HR processes
  • Experience in international or multicultural environment
  • Background in education or service industries
