We are currently looking for an Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing (ADOSM) to strengthen our commercial team and contribute to sales growth, marketing strategy, and business development.
Your Role:
You will act as a key partner to the Director of Sales & Marketing, supporting strategic initiatives, driving sales performance, and enhancing the hotel’s market position.
This role is ideal for someone ready to grow into a senior commercial leadership position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and execute sales and marketing strategies
- Manage relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and key partners (B2B sales, key accounts)
- Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and revenue growth
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and brand positioning activities
- Prepare reports and sales performance analysis
- Collaborate with internal hotel departments
Requirements:
- Experience in Sales / Marketing / Hospitality (hotel background is a strong advantage)
- Strong understanding of sales processes and client management
- Analytical mindset and result-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Proactive attitude and ambition to grow
