Key responsibilities:
Smooth Operation of IT systems
- Ensure the smooth operation of computers and network, server, printers and copiers, IWB’s, internet, MIS and phones.
- Solve problems with the computer and phone systems as they arise.
- Optimise the efficiency and the costs of the existing IT and phone technology.
- Monitor the IT purchasing budget and submit a budget proposal for each following year.
Staff Assistance
- Help staff with IT problems (trouble shooting, software installation etc) where necessary.
- Remind staff members about turning off the computers, projectors, printers and IWBs every evening.
- Train staff to operate the equipment properly.
Maintenance
- Manage routine maintenance of hardware.
- Plan ahead and provide budget estimations for the regular maintenance procedures (e.g. projector bulbs replacement, computer upgrades etc.). Report to the Office Manager upon completion.
- Ensure computers, projectors, copiers and printers are shut down every night.
- Check/update network operating system every week.
- Ensure all computers have automatic updates enabled for the operating system
- Check whiteboards & pens every week.
- Check/clean projectors every month. Report to the Office Manager upon completion.
- Check the phone system once a month. Report to the Office Manager upon completion.
- Ensure the server is backed up on the regular basis.
- Ensure all computers display BST logo as the default desktop setting
- Ensure all email signatures are in line with school standard signatures
- Check and ensure CCTV operates without any problems, keep a log of CCTV at daily.
- Check and ensure PBX systems operate at finest
Other
- Source hardware and software as required. Work with purchasing, suppliers and vendors to source cost effective IT solutions and equipment.
- Assist the administration team with any reasonable requests as and when they arise.
- To support the Marketing Manager in producing promotional materials.
- Assist academic staff with IT provision for events, i.e. projectors, music, lights.

- VLE (Future online applications)
- Technical Fixes
- Devices (Laptops and iPads) to help with setting up
- Daily Email Requests
- Any task assigned by the Line Manager
Требования:

Русский - Свободное владение; Английский - уровень (intermediate и выше); Узбекский - Приветствуется;
-
приветствуется опыт работы на данной позиции от 1 года и выше;
- стрессоустойчивость, коммуникабельность, вежливость, опрятность, отзывчивость, внимательность;
- умение работать в команде.
