Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the key HR point of contact for assigned functions or project sites within Uzbekistan.
  • Align HR strategies and initiatives with business goals through close collaboration with line managers and senior leadership.
  • Manage end-to-end HR lifecycle activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Support employee engagement, retention, and development through targeted initiatives and HR programs.
  • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, internal policies, and global People & Culture frameworks.
  • Provide day-to-day coaching and advisory services to employees and managers on HR-related issues.
  • Support organizational design, change management, and localization efforts where applicable.
  • Provide key HR inputs to business plans and project execution strategies by aligning people requirements with operational needs.
  • Translate business objectives into staffing, structure, and capability plans, including KPIs, job descriptions, and organizational charts.
  • Convert business plans and budgets into people needs across functions and monitor staffing realization.
  • Allocate HR resources efficiently across P&C initiatives and manage overall workload and HR service delivery on sites.
  • Coordinate between Talent Acquisition (TA) and Training & Capacity Building (TMCB) teams for seamless recruitment and onboarding.
  • Support the development of job profiles and hiring plans aligned with manpower budgets.
  • Oversee the orientation of new and existing employees, ensuring full integration into the company culture and systems.
  • Ensure timely announcements for new joiners to relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the HR Information systems strategy definition and ensure the deployment within all of Group wide HR Information Systems and Platforms.
  • In close coordination and alignment with Corporate P&C, define and deploy any specific HR information systems that are needed.
  • Manage the systems and tools on a day-to-day basis and ensure support is extended to the business leaders and employees.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, psychology, or any other related discipline
  • CIPD or SHRM or any relevant certification is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, labor law, and compliance in Uzbekistan
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence, coach, and build consensus across departments Fluency in English and Uzbek (Russian is a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday)
