Collect and process information from regional representatives and provide data to other departments (ISM, PSM, Sales).

Analyze product inventory levels at retail locations.

Track ongoing promotional activities and their effectiveness, including competitor activities.

Collect and process information on monthly expenses of field staff.

Track promoter turnover rates and prepare reports.

Administer and monitor the GSMS system.

Propose new approaches to improve retail sales.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.

3 + years of experience in GTM, in-store marketing, retail operations, or sales coordination.

Experience working with electronics/FMCG/retail brands.
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
-
Hands-on, field-oriented approach with attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting (Excel, Power BI, etc.)

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Fluent in Uzbek, Russian and English languages.
