• 💬 Negotiate aggressively with brokers to maximize margins
• ⚙️ Run daily dispatch operations smoothly and efficiently
• 🤝 Build strong, long-term relationships with brokers & partners
• 🧠 Solve operational issues fast — no delays, no excuses

What We’re Looking For

• ✅ 5+ years in US dispatching / trucking operations
• 📈 Proven track record of bringing profitable loads
• 💡 Strong negotiation & problem-solving skills
• ⚡ Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environment
