Обязанности:
- Monitor and manage the company’s fleet, ensuring timely maintenance and repairs.
- Track vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and external service providers to minimize downtime.
- Maintain and update fleet records, including inspections, registrations, and insurance.
- Analyze fleet data and provide reports on efficiency, costs, and potential improvements.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company policies.
- Assist in optimizing routes and schedules to enhance operational efficiency.
- Experience in fleet management, logistics, or a related field (preferably in U.S. trucking operations).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management software.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Russian.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
