💵 $500–$800+/мес | Выплаты еженедельно

What You'll Be Doing:

Answering incoming calls and booking repair appointments
Making outbound calls to update customers on job status
Coordinating schedules with field technicians
Handling complaints and resolving conflicts professionally
Working in CRM Housecall Pro (full training provided)
Encouraging Google Reviews and offering additional services (upsell)

Requirements:
✅ Fluent English — C1 or higher (mandatory, no exceptions)
✅ Prior experience as dispatcher/operator with US-based clients — REQUIRED
✅ Russian language skills
✅ Bachelor's degree or higher
✅ PC and mobile phone
Schedule: Mon–Sat, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM PST (full or half shift available)
🔶 Bonus: HVAC experience, sales/retention skills
