Position: Driver Recruiter (Females preferably)
Experience: 1 Year Minimum 
Location: Tashkent Uzbekistan 
Salary: Fixed : $300 and $300 for solo , $400 for Team.
Shift: Day Shift (17:00- 02:00) (UZB Time)

Requirements: 

Females preferred!
Will be responsible for finding Owner Operators and company drivers Leads from all types of platforms such as Facebook Indeed etc
Ability to speak English fluently.
Recruit, screen, and onboard CDL drivers
Maintain and update drivers' records
Source drivers through pools, leads, and job boards
Able to use all types of platforms 
Excellent communication and organizational skills
