📍 Location: Tashkent, (Oybek metro)  
⏰ Shift: 8.5 hours  (main or afterhours)
💼 Experience: not required (#without experience) WILL ACCEPT ONLY WITH OUR OWN TRAININGS
🏠 No remote work  
💰 Payment: will be discussed 

 What You’ll Do:  
✔️ Assist dispatchers in managing loads  
✔️ Monitor and update load statuses  
✔️ Handle performance score tracking  
✔️ Learn advanced dispatching strategies  

 What We’re Looking For:  
✅ Strong communication & negotiation skills  
✅ Problem-solving mindset  
✅ Someone with good speaking English & Russian
✅ Loyal and committed employee who is ready to grow with our company long-term, not someone who jumps from job to job.
