Position: Operations Coordinator and Recruiter

Experience: 1-year

Job Description: 
- Coordinate driver onboarding
- Track truck readiness, compliance, and documentation
- Coordinate maintenance, PTIs, and breakdowns with shops and vendors
- Act as the main point of contact between drivers, dispatch, safety, and fleet vendors
- Monitor daily truck status and escalate critical issues
- Prepare basic operational and performance reports
- Maintain organized dashboards and checklists
- Follow SOPs and help improve them over time

Requirements: 
- Strong English  (written and verbal) 
- Highly organized and detail oriented 
- Experience in logistics preferred
- Understanding of Safety basics 
- Applicants must be willing to complete a short task-based assessment as part of the interview process 

Salary: $500-$800 + Bonus

Location: This is a fully remote role. Work hours will overlap with U.S. business hours. All coordination is done digitally.
