Fleet Size: 400+ Trucks
Fluent in Russian and English
Experience: Without
Shift: 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the fleet, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Oversee maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs to maximize vehicle uptime and performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor driver performance and provide coaching to enhance safety and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and reports regarding fleet performance, maintenance, and expenses.
