📌 Responsibilities:

Source & hire qualified CDL A drivers (full cycle: sourcing → screening → onboarding)
Maintain pipeline & achieve hiring targets (4–6 drivers/month, consistent follow-ups)

📌 Skills:

Strong sourcing skills (job boards, referrals, social media, cold outreach)
Ability to sell the job (pay, routes, benefits)
Organized record-keeping (CRM or tracking systems)
