🌍 Deep understanding of logistics & US trucking market
🇺🇸 English — native or fluent
🇷🇺 Russian — native or fluent
🎯 Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational control
👤 Age: 30–45 preferred

Full operational leadership of a large-scale logistics company
Managing and scaling 100+ truck fleet operations
Building structured systems across dispatch, safety, and performance
Driving profitability, efficiency, and growth
Leading high-level team and decision-making processes
