Safety & Insurance Coordinator (focus on Claims Management)
Focus: Insurance, claims, post‑accident management + safety compliance

What you'll do:
— Request insurance quotes, make policy changes
— Issue COIs to brokers / lessors
— Post‑accident management (driver, adjuster, towing)
— Handle claims (FNOL, evidence collection, status tracking)
— Assist with insurance renewal and carrier audits
— Also: MCS‑150, SMS Monitoring, DataQ, Safety Audit Support
— Help with Citation / Ticket Disputes, inspection reviews

Minimal HR support: driver files, CDL, Med Card tracking

Requirements:
2+ years in transportation safety or claims handling. Knowledge of FMCSA/DOT and auto claims processes.
