• Full Factoring Setup and Management (TriumphPay, RTS Financial, WEX)

• Accounts Payable:
Managing statements for Company Drivers, Owner Operators, and Contractors, reimbursements, deductions, and related transactions.

• Accounts Receivable:
Invoicing, managing downgraded brokerages, preparing weekly gross boards with RPM analysis for each driver.

• Invoicing & Collections:
Handling aging reports, short payments, chargebacks, denied loads, direct billing, and reserve monitoring.

• Financial Reporting:
Preparing weekly and monthly Profit & Loss reports,

• Tax Documentation:
Preparing and managing 1099 tax forms.

• Fuel & Toll Management:
Managing fuel reports and fuel cards, as well as toll systems including PrePass, BestPass, and EZPass.
