Skills & Experience:
Extensive experience working with DAT and a strong network of street brokers.
Own broker connections, primarily handling PO/VAN FedEx/USPS/AUTO PARTS loads.
Experience managing VAN and PO operations.
Capable of handling up to 10 trucks simultaneously.
Strong background working with owner-operators.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Able to work efficiently under pressure.
Reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
Performance:
Weekly gross of approximately $10,000 in the current market with solo drivers at around $2.80 RPM.
Weekly gross of approximately $14,000 with team drivers at around $2.80 RPM.
Proof of performance can be provided, including screenshots of weekly gross results upon request.
