📍 Tashkent | In-office only
🕒 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (UZB)
💰 Base + bonus per driver
What you'll do:
• Make 50+ recruiting calls per day
• Source and hire team and solo drivers
• Screen, interview, and verify candidates
• Maintain candidate records and follow up throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months of recruiting experience
• Experience sourcing and hiring candidates
• Strong English communication skills (American accent preferred)
• Age 20+
Do NOT apply if:
• You want remote work
• You have weak English pronunciation
• You cannot work the night shift
