• Oversee daily operations of the fleet, ensuring all trucks and trailers are utilized effectively and safely
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, coordinate repairs, and minimize downtime
• Ensure compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations, DOT standards, and company policies
• Track and manage vehicle registrations, permits, inspections, and insurance documentation
• Coordinate breakdown assistance and roadside support for drivers
• Maintain accurate fleet records, reports, and operational data
