NO REMOTE.

Responsibilities:

• Source Owner Operators and company drivers via platforms (Facebook, Indeed, etc.).
• Recruit, screen, and onboard CDL drivers.
• Maintain driver records and pools.

Requirements:

• Fluent English. At least B2 level.
• Platform proficiency.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
