• Requirements:

• Fluent English & Russian
• Minimum 2 years of experience in driver recruiting
• Able to hit a monthly target of at least 5-10 hired drivers
• Familiarity with driver onboarding and screening compliance (pulling MVRs, reviewing safety histories)
• Office based position only (no remote)
• Salary will be discussed during the interview
