Responsibilities:

• Ensure FMCSA, DOT, and state regulatory compliance.
• Monitor HOS, drug/alcohol testing, driver qualifications, insurance, and vehicle requirements; maintain safety records.
• Train drivers on safety, performance, violations, and conflict resolution.
• Inspect facilities, yards, terminals, and fleets; prepare for DOT/FMCSA audits.
• Monitor and improve safety KPIs (accidents, crashes, CSA indicators, violations).
• Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, operations, HR, and management to resolve safety issues.
