The Travel Sales Consultant manages inbound and outbound leads for premium air travel, specializing in Business and First Class airline ticket sales. The role involves advising international clients and guiding them through the complete booking cycle — from initial contact and qualification to closing and post-sale support.
This is a high-performance, sales-driven role operating within a structured workflow, with clear KPIs, strict timelines, and constant communication with clients across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities
- Contact new leads within defined time limits using structured sales scripts
- Qualify clients (dates, routing, cabin class, flexibility, budget, preferences)
- Present optimized Business and First Class flight options with internal experts
- Actively sell airline tickets and premium add-on services
- Maintain structured follow-ups based on internal stages
- Apply closing techniques to convert qualified prospects into bookings
- Guide clients through payment and booking confirmation
- Provide post-sale support for active reservations
- Accurately document all interactions in CRM
- Align with Team Lead on pricing, strategy, and closing
Requirements (Mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year experience in selling Business / First Class airline tickets
- Advanced English (spoken & written)
- Strong sales, persuasion, and closing skills
- Ability to follow structured sales processes and timelines
- Confidence in phone-based sales with international clients
- Strong negotiation and time management skills
- Availability for afternoon & night shifts
- Results-driven mindset with accountability for KPIs
