Selection of Foreign Personnel for the Position of Deputy General Director for Marketing, Sales, and Service at "Toshkent Traktor Zavodi" LLC
I. General Requirements for Candidates:
- Candidates for the position of Deputy General Director for Marketing, Sales, and Service must hold a higher education degree in economics, engineering, finance, or management, and possess at least 3-5 years of experience in managerial positions.
- Proven successful experience in managing large agricultural enterprises (as a leader, deputy leader, or head of department).
- Experience in the sustainable development of marketing, sales, and service strategies, and in the development and promotion of business project policies within enterprises where they have worked or managed.
- Knowledge of international regulatory requirements in the implementation of large-scale projects involving foreign partners.
- In-depth knowledge of the agricultural machinery market and the ability to analyze market demand for agricultural machinery.
- Candidates must have at least 3 years of work experience in agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises or system enterprises.
- Work experience in state companies will be an additional advantage.
II. Personal Qualities:
- Ability to master leadership in all aspects of management.
- High level of strategic thinking.
- Presence of leadership qualities and experience.
- Experience in implementing changes through positive motivation and persuasion.
III. Assessment of Candidate's Additional Knowledge and Skills:
- Language proficiency: English, Russian, and Chinese languages.
- Computer, internet, and IT skills.
- Candidate's presentation skills and proactiveness.
- Candidate's advanced training in a foreign country.
- Other skills of the candidate.
IV. Job Responsibilities:
- Develop the company's marketing, sales, and service strategy, and long-term and short-term development plans.
- Define the objectives, priorities, and methods of marketing research.
- Identify target audience and brand positioning.
- Develop marketing strategies, including advertising, PR, and digital strategies.
- Evaluate marketing research and effectiveness.
- Develop sales growth strategies, objectives, and plans.
- Manage product portfolio and develop pricing policy.
- Monitor market trends and competition.
- Motivate, train, and manage the sales team.
- Analyze sales results and develop measures for improvement.
- Manage service and develop service policy.
- Define and ensure high standards of service quality.
- Make strategic decisions and develop business plans.
- Develop measures for fostering cooperation and partnerships.
- Work with banks and forecast cash flows.
- Continuously analyze agricultural machinery.
- Monitor the fulfillment of the company's financial obligations with counterparties and partners.
- Interact with banks, financial organizations, and other external structures on financial matters.
- Strictly adhere to current legislation and the company's internal regulatory documents.
V. Company Offers:
- Work schedule: 5/2, from 9:00 to 18:00. Permanent employment.
- Formalization under the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- Salary: In accordance with the staffing schedule, with bonuses paid based on the company's Charter and market mechanisms (including KPI results).
