International Corporate Relations specialist

I. General requirements for candidates:

• Familiarity with regulatory and legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan and international standards related to the professional field.
• Organizing events, meetings for the founders and managers of the company.
• Preparing documents for the merger of multiple companies.
• Conducting analysis of the international corporate governance system.
• Timely execution of assigned tasks.
• Working with data in spreadsheets and presentations.

Requirements:

• Higher education in International Corporate Relations.
• 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word at an advanced level.
• Strong communication skills.
• Organizational skills.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Experience in mergers of several enterprises.
• Stress resilience.
• Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Russian languages.

• Work schedule: 5/2, from 9:00 to 18:00. Permanent employment.
