Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after sale

  • Communicate clearly via phone, email, and SMS

  • Assist clients with additional special requests

  • Resolving issues related to airline bookings

Requirements:

Experience

  • 1–3 years in customer support, preferably in travel or airline industry

  • Experience with GDS systems or travel booking platforms is a plus

Skills

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and difficult customers

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Sales mindset with ability to upsell services

Technical Skills

  • CRM systems experience (preferred)
  • Familiarity with email, phone systems, and messaging tools
  • Basic understanding of airline fare rules (preferred)
