Driver Recruiter (Tashkent, Uzbekistan)

Driver Recruiter (Tashkent, Uzbekistan) Female preferred; no experience required (training provided). Salary: Competitive + performance bonuses (discussed at interview).

Responsibilities:

• Conduct phone interviews with CDL drivers and owner-operators.
• Explain compensation, home time, routes, equipment, and expectations.
• Recruit via cold calling and follow-up; build candidate relationships.
• Schedule orientations and start dates.
• Ensure DOT & FMCSA compliance.
• Maintain accurate candidate records.

Requirements:

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ambitious, self-motivated, goal-oriented.
• Comfortable with outbound calls and new people.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM is a plus).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
