Position: Driver Recruiter Experience: 1 Year Minimum Location: Tashkent Uzb Salary: Fix+KPI based Shift: Day Shift (18:00- 03:00) (UZB Time)
Requirements:
Ability to speak English and Russian fluently. Will be responsible for finding Owner Operators and company drivers Leads from all types of platforms such as Facebook Indeed etc Recruit, screen, and onboard CDL drivers Maintain and update drivers' records Source drivers through pools, leads, and job boards Able to use all types of platforms Excellent communication and organizational skills
