📌Position: Driver Recruiter 📍Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan. 💼Experience: Min. 6 months. 💵Salary: Fixed + KPI. 🕞Shift: Main (18:00-02:30 UZB). 6/1 NO REMOTE.

Responsibilities:

✅Source Owner Operators and company drivers via platforms (Facebook, Indeed, etc.). ✅Recruit, screen, and onboard CDL drivers. ✅Maintain driver records. ✅Utilize driver pools, leads, and job boards. If you have your own leads that would be a big plus!

Requirements:

• Fluent English.
• Proficiency with various platforms.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
